The men’s and women’s tennis teams concluded their 2023 fall seasons with stellar performances on the court.

For the men, the team went 4-1 overall, dropping a close match to Catholic University in the middle of the season. The team rallied for two 5-4 wins in tough matchups during the season, contributing to their impressive record. Players Jesse Beck and Adam Warren also displayed their skills at the ITA Division III Regional Championships, where Warren advanced to the second round of singles.

For the women, the team went undefeated, boasting a 4-0 overall record. Out of the four wins, the team showcased its depth of skill with three perfect 9-0 scores. The women ended their season with the Goucher Invitational, where almost everyone earned at least one win for the day.

Both teams were recognized for their impressive performances throughout the fall. Warren was joined by Jake Erb in earning MAC Freedom Player of the Week honors for the men. Sarah McComas and Jacquelyn McBride represented the women in also earning MAC Freedom Player of the Week titles.

With the fall season concluded, the teams look ahead to their spring seasons. They will begin by traveling to Hilton Head Island over spring break and will return for their MAC Freedom conference debut.
