The PNA Foundation will be presenting the Capitol Crash Course: The Abridged and Online Edition, a series of webinars, Nov. 12 from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The program was rescheduled from its original in-person event back in March which was canceled due to COVID-19. The course is designed for journalism students and those who wish to learn about how journalists report on state government, though anyone interested may participate.

“It’s a great opportunity to hear from professionals in the field about lobbying to the Right to Know Law to communicating and working with legislators,” Teresa Shaak, manager of foundation projects at PNA, said. “Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.”

No applications or fees are required to attend. To register, go to panewsmedia.org/event/capitol-crash-course and complete the registration form. A tentative schedule can also be found at the link.

Any questions about the program can be directed to the PNA Foundation email at foundation@pa-news.org.
