Veterans have sacrificed so much; the least one can do is write them a card.

As a night of service, on Nov. 4, the Disciplemakers hosted an event where students wrote letters of thanks and encouragement for veterans.

“Service is a great way to connect and give back to the community,” Nicholas Simon, sophomore physical therapy major and Disciplemakers member, said. “I’ve always felt a particular responsibility to help pay respect to all of those who serve our country.”

This took place under the Mary Green tent. Redbook signup was not needed.
