The LVC football team rounded out its season with a 38-35 win over its rival, Albright College.

This win clinched a postseason appearance in the tenth-annual Centennial Mac bowl game series, the team’s third appearance in four years.

The Dutchmen are set to face off against Ursinus College on Saturday, Nov. 22, in Collegeville, PA, at Ursinus.

The Dutchmen finished off its season 6-4, 6-3 in the MAC conference. Ursinus finished its season 6-4, 3-4 in the Centennial Conference.

The offense saw a new spark halfway through the season, being led by junior quarterback Logan Klitsch. In the most recent game against Albright, Klitsch recorded five total touchdowns and led the team in both passing and rushing.

The Dutchmen defense has continued to stand strong throughout the season. The Dutchmen defense is the second best defense in the conference, holding teams to just 19.8 points per game. The defense is led by senior defensive back Carter Foust, who is tied for first in interception in the conference and has had multiple weekly awards for his standout performances.

The Dutchmen are looking for a post-season win to add to its catalog of standout performances this season.
