LVC students, faculty and staff are invited to a trip to the Student Voting Summit in Harrisburg hosted by the Office of Service and Community Engagement.
Participants will discuss the barriers of student voting with other college students across Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers exclusive engagement with elected officials and discussions on amplifying young voices impacting the future. In addition, students can explore Pennsylvania’s historic State Capitol with guided tours.
Meal vouchers, transportation and refreshments will be provided. The trip departs from LVC on Friday, Sept. 20, at 9:15 a.m. and will return by 4:30 p.m. Seats are limited, so sign up on Redbook as soon as possible.
