Lebanon Valley to host a “Day at the Valley” event for prospective students

(By Sam Dozier, staff writer)

LVC will host a “Day at the Valley” recruitment event for prospective students on Friday, Sept. 13.

High school seniors, transfer students and their families will join LVC’s campus community while exploring, engaging and enjoying the college’s vast offerings.

The visitors will be taken on a tour with a current student to see the beautiful academic and social quad while also looking through the Arnold Sports Center. During these tours, prospective students will be able to understand the luxuries of being a Dutchman and hopefully begin to see themselves attending the college.

Students can also visit the residence halls and enjoy a meal at the Allen W. Mund Dining Hall, allowing guests to envision the full student experience in Annville. Lastly, students can meet with the admissions staff to better understand the administrative side of the institution and determine if the school is right for them.

“Day at the Valley” isn’t just an open house; it invites students to enter LVC’s enthusiastic and welcoming community. With a thorough tour and plenty of opportunities to connect with the vibrant student body, “Day at the Valley” will be an extremely exciting day for the campus.

Make sure to wave and say hello to any families one encounters on Friday!
