The Pathways to Professions All Majors Career Fair was successful despite its rocky start.

The Breen Center hosted the career fair in the Arnold Sports Center indoor track on Tuesday, Feb. 20. The event was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 13, but snow delayed the event. Because of this schedule change, two employers could not be present.

There were 53 employers who attended the event looking to hire LVC students for full-time, part-time and internship positions. They were also looking for students in all majors, from business to STEM, with a variety of employers present.

The event also had a photo studio for attendees to get an updated headshot. Overall, the career fair gave students a great opportunity to connect with employers and build their professional network.

Students who were unable to attend the Pathways to Professions All Majors Career Fair will get another chance to learn and network at the LVC Success Expo on Thursday, April 4. This will be an all-day event, with learning sessions in the morning, a career fair in the afternoon and an etiquette dinner in the evening. Students can register for these events on Handshake.
