LVC introduced a new minor for students to explore.
On Wednesday, Nov. 15, LVC announced that the psychology, digital communications and accounting, business and economics departments created the consumer and user behavior (CUBE) minor.
The CUBE minor combines classes from multiple departments, so LVC students can acquire specialized skills in consumer and user research.
Students must take seven classes to complete it, six of which consist of marketing, psychology and digital communications courses. Students who are interested in any of those fields are encouraged to consider this new minor.
Complementing many degrees at the school, the CUBE minor allows students to focus on specialized skills in consumer and user research. It also allows students to leverage themselves in the future when pursuing research-focused and consumer behavior jobs.
According to the LVC website, the minor provides students with the tools to analyze the factors that influence consumers’ decisions, providing essential insights into markets, products and user experiences.
Students who are interested in the new CUBE minor should consult their academic advisor about adding the minor.
