Lebanon Valley College named the king and queen as a part of the homecoming festivities on Saturday, October 14.
Every year during halftime of the Lebanon Valley homecoming football game, Lebanon Valley College has five nominees for king and five nominees for queen introduced as the homecoming court. These students are selected by their peers after two rounds of voting.
After all five king and queen candidates have been introduced, two individuals are chosen as the LVC homecoming king and queen for that year. This year’s court included Abbie Keath, Ande Balla, Briley Cox, Kaylee Haws and Molly Trautman as queen nominees. Blair Shaffer, Garrett Evans, Michael Dobson, Tyler Pick and Wyatt Zimmerman comprised the nominees for king.
Despite the rainy and cold weather, the court stayed sharp and dry with the use of umbrellas. After introductions, the king and queen were announced.
Garrett Evans was named homecoming king, along with Abbie Keath being named homecoming queen. Congratulations to both!
