There are always upcoming opportunities to serve around campus and in the surrounding community. This week, there are a few events happening to be aware of.

Habitat for Humanity is working on a home renovation project in Lebanon on Friday, Sept. 30. The scheduled time is 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., but feel free to drop in when you can.

This weekend, Saturday Oct. 1, help sort items collected through a drive to support local communities. Pack up hygiene and other items to be distributed to schools and other groups in need in the Lebanon area. Please email Jen Leidtka if interested.

Looking further into the future, on Wednesday, Oct. 12, a blood drive will be occurring in Mund, hosted by the Central PA Blood Bank. Any students interested in donating will receive 45 minutes of service credit.

Most events can be signed up for on Redbook to secure a place. If you have any questions about a certain event, please contact Jen Leidtka at leidtka@lvc.edu.
