The men’s and women’s tennis teams had a busy weekend of their sport. Both teams faced York College of PA at Shankroff Tennis Center on Saturday, April 2.

The men’s team had a dominant 9-0 win over their opponents, which included a sweep of all three doubles matches, followed by all six singles matches.

There was much anticipation surrounding the women’s match, as it would be a repeat of the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship match where LVC lost to York 4-5. On Saturday, the tables turned as the women defeated York 7-2, dropping only two singles matches.

Both teams will be back in action this week. The men’s team will travel to face Alvernia on April 5, while the women’s team will travel to face Alvernia on April 6.
