LVC is hosting a series of lectures through the month of March to celebrate Women’s History Month.
The lecture series is titled “Women In…” and features a woman from a different career field each week of the month. These fields include law, medicine and education, and the speakers will discuss their stories and their achievements in their field.
The first lecture was on March 16, and the remaining lectures will be held on March 23, 28 and 30, in the Bishop Library Atrium, each beginning at 5:30 p.m. and lasting until 6:30 or 7 p.m. All students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
More details about the lectures and information about each of the speakers may be found on LVC’s website: https://www.lvc.edu/offices-directories/intercultural-affairs-inclusive-programs/programs/women-s-history-month/
