LVC’s Dutchmen Pantry is expanding to the Commuter Lounge.

LVC announced that the Dutchmen Pantry, a pantry located in the lower level of the Chapel that provides food and other personal hygiene items to students who may need them, will extend its reach to commuters by placing microwavable meals from Metz in the Commuter Lounge in the lower level of Mund.

This change aims to ensure that commuters who do not have or cannot afford a commuter meal plan are able to eat while on campus. Though the Pantry was founded three years ago to offer food to LVC students, regardless of their living situation, who may not have access to food, some students may be unaware of the resources available to them.
