The Allen Theatre has many deals and events for LVC students to enjoy.

If students are looking for a place to take a break after a long week of school, they are in luck. Located on the main street of Annville, the Allen Theatre offers many cinematic and live events. On top of that, the Allen offers free admission to all LVC students on select days of the week.

“It’s free Friday, Saturday and Sunday for all college students,” Edward Felty, owner of the Allen Theatre, said.

There are several other upcoming events at the theatre to look forward to. On Sept. 13, the Allen is showing Echo in the Canyon. Washington Band of Annville plays on Sept. 15 and on Sept. 20 the theatre shows Right Before Your Eyes.

“We have a comedian, Amish Comic, on Sept. 14th and America’s Got Talent’s Jon Burns on Sept. 28,” Felty said.

The theatre is currently playing “Peanut Butter Falcon,” a ‘Mark Twain style adventure story’ about a man with down syndrome who teams up with an outlaw to pursue his dream of becoming a pro wrestler.
