Lebanon Valley College will recognize Constitution Day on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge Susan Schwab will present “What the Constitution Means to Me: Ordinary People and an Extraordinary Document.” The presentation will focus on a specific case where a handwritten complaint alleging constitutional violations of the right to marriage ended up changing lives and policy.

The event will take place at 11 a.m. in the Bishop Library Atrium.
