The LVC football team won its first game of the season against Alvernia University on Saturday, Nov.3.

The Dutchmen put up 21 points in the first quarter behind a strong running game and a defensive touchdown. Throughout the game, the Dutchmen defense dominated Alvernia’s offensive attack, holding them to only 7 points. The final score of the game was 55-7.

The team will take on Albright in its season finale on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m in Annville.
