The Breen Center for Graduate Success and the Professional Business Leaders (PBL) collaborated to give students the opportunity to have professional headshots taken on Thursday, Sept. 20.

Headshots will put a face to the name when companies look at personal LinkedIn and Handshake pages or other professional networks.

“LinkedIn and Handshake pages are first impressions for potential employers,” Paige Bryson, a junior English major and president of Professional Business Leaders, said.”Having a professional photo for those pages is key to making students marketable.”

Photos will be taken in Tweedie Meeting Rooms in the Allan W. Mund College Center and students are encouraged to dress in business casual or professional attire. Students must sign up on Redbook for a specific time slot that runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students can contact Paige Bryson at pcb001@lvc.edu with questions.
