With LVC moving to online classes, students are responding to it in their own way.
In light of the rising cases of COVID-19, LVC has decided to switch to remote learning earlier than planned. The original plan was to switch to virtual classes after Thanksgiving break.
With most students now back home, each student is reacting to this change differently. One student, Tyler Pick, a freshman actuarial science major, had his own input on the matter.
“I understood the reason behind the move and I feel that it was in our best interests,” Tyler Pick said. “The move also allowed us more time to become familiar with remote learning so that we can be more prepared for finals.”
The remainder of the semester will remain online, with the plan of LVC reopening for in-person classes come the spring semester on Jan. 26 still intact.
