The Bishop Library will be getting a makeover this summer.
Renovations are planned to include more study room spaces, improved lighting, additional charging stations, gender-neutral bathrooms and new furniture, adding twice as much seating. Along with this, the library is asking students to test out the possible choices in new furniture.
Students are encouraged to stop in the library at any time and choose which options are the comfiest. They are then asked to vote online to help make the final decision.
“We need input from the LVC community,” Maureen Bentz, LVC’s library director, said.
Stop by and try out the possible selections on display, located across from the main circulation desk, before Monday, Feb. 23. Students, faculty and staff can cast their vote at https://forms.office.com/r/3ZfMXM1n6Y.
