New this semester, students can reserve private rooms for appointments through Shroyer Health Center.
The health center responded to student requests for privacy during telehealth appointments by developing a quiet space for virtual medical or counseling appointments.
The private room, located in the upstairs of Shroyer Health Center, is available for reservations in 1-hour increments. Students should submit reservation requests at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment to ensure that the health center staff can prepare the space.
Students should note that reserving the room does not result in an appointment with one of the health center’s providers.
Shroyer Health Center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for non-emergencies. Appointments with providers are available on Mondays and Fridays from 2 to 4 p.m., Tuesdays from 12 to 4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. Book an appointment with a provider using this link.
