Lebanon Valley’s Day of Giving crushed the expected goal of donors and money raised.
Starting on Nov. 2nd and ending on Nov. 3rd at noon, Lebanon Valley hosts its annual Day of Giving. This is where friends, family, alumni and others can donate money to various departments associated with the school in an effort to raise money. This year was the 12th annual occurrence and has proven a lot of success.
Lebanon Valley set a goal of 1,700 donors and beat that receiving 1,780 donors. With those 1,780 donors LVC raised an outstanding amount of $285,791 for the college. LVC Athletics took the crown raising $145,618 while student experience, academic departments, programs and scholarships and financial aid raised the remaining $140,173.
The Day of Giving is much more than just a fundraising event. Its goal is to celebrate community and commemorate inspiring stories that have resonated in our hearts over the years. These donations allow the LVC students to help achieve their dreams.
Although the Day of Giving is over, you can still donate to LVC by visiting the LVC Website or calling 1-866-LVC-1866.
