Students passionate about dance can audition to find a place among Lebanon Valley College’s dance team. 

The dance team practices often to perform several times for audiences throughout the semester, including at the homecoming pep rally on Friday, Oct. 13 and its winter showcase in December. 

Rachel Aukamp, a junior business administration major, is currently serving as the team’s vice president.  

“The dance team has been amazing so far this semester,” Aukamp said. “We have welcomed five new freshmen to the team to join the existing 20 members.” 

Aukamp is confident about the group’s ability to perform throughout the semester. “The energy and passion that everyone brings is incredible,” she said. “I can’t wait to see what we all achieve as a team this semester.” 

The dance team will hold its bi-annual showcase on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 3 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 3, at noon. Check out @lvcdanceteam on Instagram for more information.
