Following unforeseen circumstances, LVC’s take on “The Crucible” has added another weekend of showings.
“The Crucible” is a play based on the Salem Witch Trials and tells the tale of a village in Massachusetts that gets caught up in a witch hunt. LVC students have worked hard in preparation to give their best performance of this show, however, due to unforeseen circumstances the show dates had to be pushed back.
“We wanted to ensure that everyone who worked hard to be part of this production could perform,” Julia Wecker, a senior Social Justice and English major and director of “The Crucible,” said.
“The Crucible” will now additionally play this following weekend on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. Free tickets for all LVC students are still available through Wig and Buckle’s web page, and all support is appreciated.
