Conference Speakers

Below are the speakers for the 2021 conference. Please note that there may be changes up to the day of the conference. Speakers are organized by panel.

WGAL

Mike Hostetler: Mike earned a degree in broadcast journalism from Ohio State University. After working at TV stations in Columbus and Cleveland, he joined WGAL. He is the weeknight sports anchor for News 8 at 5:30, 6 & 11.

Ronda Keiser: Ronda works for WGAL News 8 as a producer. 

Internships

Aimee Bealer: Aimee is a junior digital communication major at Lebanon Valley College. This past summer, she completed her internship for 

Brandon Kemmery: Brandon is a senior digital communication major at Lebanon Valley College. This past summer, he completed his internship for Allegro Learning Solutions.

Jacob Triano: Jacob is a senior digital communication major at Lebanon Valley College. This past summer, he completed his internship for Allegro Learning Solutions.

Mark Jiannino: Mark is a junior audio and music production major at Lebanon Valley College. This past summer, he completed his internship for Stewart Hildalgo, editing vocals and making beats. 

Publishing

Clare Lee: Clare graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 with a music business degree. Currently, she works in publishing at Angry Mob Music.

Sherri Mullen: Sherri works as a publisher, music supervisor, and music business consultant for RDSD Publishing. She is also an adjunct at Lebanon Valley College, teaching copyrights, contracts, and cash.

Pam Keating: Pam graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2017 with a bachelor's in music business. She works at Missing Link Music as a general office manager and a manager of data and royalties.

Nashville

Tara Lansing: Tara graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2014 with a bachelor's in recording arts technology. She works for Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Trimedx Clinical Engineer in IT.

Live Sound

Jesse Kauffman: Jesse graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 with a bachelor's in audio and music production. She works for Clair Brothers as an RF technician and works at Seventh Wave Records as a mastering engineer.

Shawn Woodhouse: Shawn graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2021 with a bachelor's in audio and music production. He is the owner of Woodhouse Enterprises and All the Way Live DJ Entertainment.

Ollie Ward: Ollie graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 with a bachelor's in audio and music production. She currently works at the Public Theatre in New York, NY as an audio supervisor.

New York

Rachel Lightner: Rachel graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a bachelor of music business. She was also the co-founder of VALE Records. She is the lead audio editor for At Will Media.

Rosemary Bucher: Rosemary graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2014 with a bachelor's in music business. She currently works at Concord Theatricals as an amateur licensing coordinator. 

Broadcasting

Anthony “Tom” Gilbertie: Tom is the lead content editor for ESPN. He has been working there for 25 years and has experience in adobe audition, after effects, and ESPN art.

Cristabelle Braden: Cristabelle graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2015 with a bachelor of music. She is a singer/songwriter and an advocate for brain injury and has her own podcast!

Philadelphia

David Ivory: David Ivory is a music producer and a GRAMMY-nominated and multi-platinum engineer. He is the owner of Ivory Productions and is the director of sound recording and music technology at Montgomery County Community College.

Dr. Louis Anthony deLise: Louis Anthony deLise is an award-winning composer of dozens of orchestral, chamber, and choral works that are performed around the world. He has served on the faculties of major schools of music, and has produced, arranged, and conducted for Billboard magazine chart records on the labels of CBS, EMI, Mercury, Centaur, Vanguard, and Def-Soul records.

Melissa McCormack: Melissa graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2019 with a bachelor's in audio and music production. She is currently a production engineer at Winding River Productions. 

Media Production

Cristabelle Braden: Cristabelle graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2015 with a bachelor of music. She is a singer/songwriter and an advocate for brain injury and has her own podcast!

Los Angeles

Eric Astor: Eric graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2003 with a bachelor's in sound recording technology and jazz studies. He is the production manager at Great Magic Productions, a live sound instructor for Musicians Institute, and the owner of The Hideaway.

David Nazario: David graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2009 with a bachelor of music recording technology. He has become an adjunct professor at the college, teaching game audio. He is currently the owner of Oirazan sound and is the lead sound designer for Survios.

Jennifer Stamm: 

Jennifer Stamm has honed her marketing skills at some of the world’s biggest media brands, including the BBC, AMC Networks, Starz, and Lionsgate Entertainment. She currently is the head of marketing for a B2C OTT news streaming service and was previously the vice president and brand manager for Tribeca Shortlist, a streaming app from Lionsgate and the Tribeca Film Festival.

Her 15+ years of experience includes work on everything from grassroots nonprofit campaigns to partnerships and show launches for Emmy®-award-winning series like The Hour, Orphan Black, Doctor Who, Top Gear, and more.
