Will room and board be refunded for the portion of the semester not spent in a residence hall?

Yes. Room and board charges will be calculated before the end of the fall semester based on each student’s number of days in residence. Any credits will be applied by the end of the semester and carried over to offset charges in the spring.

Will students who move to campus and then choose to move home receive room and board refunds?

No. If a student moves to campus and later decides to move back home, room and board charges will be calculated by the end of the fall semester based on each student’s number of days in residence. Credits will be applied to student accounts by the end of the Fall semester and carried over to offset spring charges.
