All students and employees are required to self-monitor for symptoms and fever of 100.4°F or above and report symptoms using the college’s Digital Symptom Tracker.
Students should complete the tracker daily starting August 1.
Report only new symptoms. You do not need to report chronic symptoms you have experience pre-COVID-19.
Employees should complete the tracker every time before coming to campus.
This data will be monitored by the College’s clinical health providers.
If your results are a green checkmark, you are clear to attend class or come to campus.
If your results are a red X, you should contact a healthcare provider immediately.
Students should report symptoms or fever to Shroyer Health Center immediately and self-quarantine until receiving further instruction.
If a student reports symptoms to a faculty or staff member, that employee should contact the Shroyer Health Center and advise the student to contact the center immediately.
Employees should not report to campus and should refer to LVC’s Returning to Campus After COVID-19 policy and Employee Exposure to COVID-19 response found in ADP. Shroyer Health Center does not conduct testing for employees.
