Dr. Julia Meszaros, assistant professor of sociology, co-presented with Dr. Monica Liu of the University of South Florida at the 51 st International iDAte Dating Industry Conference in Florida last month. Dr. Meszaros discussed her research, which examines women from Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Philippians.

Rebecca Light ’16, a psychology and sociology double major, was named a social worker at Lancaster Cancer Center Ltd. According to the Central Penn Business Journal, “she will counsel patients with their cancer-related concerns and provide education and guidance on supportive services.”
