McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Attorney Rachel Hadrick, Esq., ’06 is the Widener Commonwealth Law School Black Law Student Association’s 2018 Professor Starla J. Williams Service Award recipient. The Professor Starla J. Williams Service Award is presented to an individual in an effort to recognize their efforts to promote diversity within the legal community. Hadrick was a music recording technology major and physics minor at LVC.

The Hon. Thomas Corbett, Esq., ’71, 46th Governor of Pennsylvania, has announced he has joined the West Virginia-based law firm of Spilman Thomas & Battle. He is expected to practice out of the firms’ Pittsburgh office.

Corey M. Lamoureux, Esq., ’08, politics major/law minor, was named a partner at Lebanon-based Reilly Wolfson Sheffey Schrum and Lundberg. He joined the firm after serving in the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office and concentrates his practice in family law, municipal law, civil litigation, landlord tenant law, and criminal defense.
