Dr. Anderson “Andy” Marsh, Vernon and Doris Bishop Professor of Chemistry and director of engineering (chemistry), recently completed a term as a member of the committee that produced the 2021 ACS Physical Chemistry exam.

Dr. Sophia Lunt’s ’05 Cancer Research Highlighted in The Scientist

Dr. Sophia Lunt ’05, ACS chemistry, was recently interviewed by The Scientist for the article, “Sophia Lunt Traces the Effect of Metabolism on Cancer Metastasis.” Lunt, who earned her Ph.D. from Princeton University and did a post-doc at MIT, runs the Lunt Lab at Michigan State University where her research focuses on the role of metabolism in supporting cancer proliferation, heterogeneity, and metastasis.
