Dr. Kimberlee Josephson, associate dean of the Breen Center for Graduate Success and associate professor of business administration, published “Apprehension about ESG criteria in in business is warranted” on Broad + Liberty in late August. Dr. Josephson noted “It’s important for businesses to care about the environment, community, and economy, but cementing themselves to fallible standards and culturally-dependent, subjective morality judgements just impedes progress.”
