Dr. Kathryn Whiteley, co-chair of social sciences and associate professor of criminal justice, and Kaitlyn Coulter ’20, a psychology major with a criminal justice minor, attended and presented at the American Society of Criminology Conference in San Francisco, Calif., last week. The duo presented their research, Characteristics of Female Sexual Offenders in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kristofer “Bret” Bucklen, director of the Pennsylvania Department of Correction’s Bureau of Planning, Research, and Statistics, a colleague of Whiteley’s, attended the session.
