Eric Woods ’12 Launches Annual Mathematical Sciences Colloquium Series

A true student-athlete who served as a math tutor and competed on the men’s soccer team as an undergraduate, Eric Woods ’12 returned to his alma mater to kick off this year’s Mathematical Sciences Colloquium. Woods, an actuarial science and economics double major, is a senior associate at Mercer in Richmond, Va. He discussed “Group Health Insurance and the Actuary’s Role” on Sept. 11 in the Atrium of the Vernon and Doris Bishop Library.
