{"id":6566,"date":"2020-10-28T16:15:38","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T16:15:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.lvc.edu\/wordpress\/lavie\/?p=6566"},"modified":"2020-10-28T16:15:38","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T16:15:38","slug":"pizza-with-professionals-at-lvc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.lvc.edu\/lavie\/2020\/10\/28\/pizza-with-professionals-at-lvc\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza with Professionals at LVC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"dslc-theme-content\"><div id=\"dslc-theme-content-inner\">\n<p>By Tyler Nell &#8217;21, staff writer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What could be better than receiving career advice with a\nside of pizza?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizza with Professionals is a regular event on campus where\nbusiness leaders and professionals come to tell students about stories about\ntheir business and give students advice on how to be just as successful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI went to one a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience,\u201d\nNicholas Simon, sophomore physical therapy major, said. \u201cAlways nice to hear\nfrom successful members of our society and the advice they have for college\nstudents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was a past Pizza with Professionals event with Clark Associates held via Webex. Pizza with professionals is held once every month with professionals across all career fields, providing an opportunity for students to learn and network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the current COVID-19 regulations, these events will be held via Webex or Zoom.
