Whether it\u2019s before class or fueling up after practice, LVC\nstudents all have their favorite places to eat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annville, Palmyra and Lebanon all offer great food options\noutside of LVC\u2019s campus but that are still within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Most\nrestaurants have been able to socially distance their indoor dining rooms, but\nthose who haven\u2019t have opted for an outdoor arrangement instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mason Jerden, senior political science major, has spent time living in Colorado, Texas and California and uses his experiences from across the United States to add to his knowledge of food. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhen I\u2019m in the mood for a good steak around here, Texas\nRoadhouse never fails,\u201d Jerden said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Texas Roadhouse is able to provide customers with a large,\noutdoor tent and comfortable benches, accompanied by some cowboy-themed music,\nof course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another LVC favorite is Schwalm\u2019s Cleona Restaurant, which\nserves breakfast bright and early, every day at 5 a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSchwalm\u2019s is what I want on a Saturday morning,\u201d Neal\nShabestar, a junior exercise science major, said. \u201cIt\u2019s solid food that reminds\nme of home.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s an interesting take, showing that not only are students\nbranching out and trying local favorites but also finding what gives them a\nsense of familiarity around Annville. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast seems to be the theme amongst students, as another\nfavorite to emerge was The Bagel Rack. The Bagel Rack has adapted by utilizing\na drive-through system for orders and still provides an array of assorted\nbagels, sandwiches and salads to hungry customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBagel Rack is always a popular spot after practice.\u201d Nick\nSerrano, a junior criminal justice major, said. \u201cIt\u2019s the perfect place to get\na bite to eat and bond with the team.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s clear that amongst LVC students, they\u2019ve established\ntheir go-to spots. From breakfast places, to Italian restaurants, to local\nfavorites, Annville and the area around it have a lot to offer. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
