Six teams make the UCHC playoffs and LVC is five points behind Neumann for the last spot in the postseason.<\/p>\n<p>With only two games remaining this season, the Dutchmen will have to win both games and hope that Neumann loses each of its final contests for LVC to clinch the final spot in the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the odds being stacked against them, LVC men\u2019s ice hockey remains confident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven though we\u2019ve struggled lately, we are still confident in ourselves,\u201d Mike Straub, senior defenseman and team captain, said. \u201cAll of the guys know what\u2019s at stake so I expect two big wins from us this weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Dutchmen will close out the regular season with two home games.
