Sorrentino <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gymnasium<\/span>. The 149<sup>th<\/sup> commencement with be held on May 12. at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Between finishing up exams and preparing to graduate students will need to make sure to move all items out of the dorms by May 12. This is the official date that the residence halls will close for the summer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a very exciting time to become an independent woman and start my career,\u201d Kaitlyn Kennedy, a senior accounting major, said.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few tips to make sure move out does not add any extra stress: first, clean up the room. Another great way to clean our a dorm room is to do a trash purge and take home any winter clothes or items that are no longer necessary to keep around.<\/p>\n<p>Next, sell back books and make a couple extra dollars. As graduating seniors, many of these books won\u2019t be necessary to keep after commencement.<\/p>\n<p>If students have any questions regarding move-out day, the office of residential life is available for students to contact.
