The LVC wrestling club has started back up and is looking for new members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrestling club meets at 5 Stones Fight Club every Wednesday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. This year\u2019s wrestling club has two new presidents, Ethan Berger and Ethan Goss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf you\u2019ve wrestled before or if you are an athlete, you should absolutely join wrestling club, but anyone is welcome to join,\u201d Berger said. \u201cWe hang out, learn moves, and for the last twenty or so minutes we wrestle. Practices aren\u2019t intense, no one wants to get hurt, but we also want to give people a space to challenge themselves and each other.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wrestling club has traveled to open tournaments in the past for people who want to compete. However, last year they were unable to due to lack of interest within the club. This year, Berger is hoping to raise interest levels and start competing again. He also hopes to have more events on campus, such as UFC fight watch parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
