Jack grew up in Elizabeth, New Jersey, before moving to Annville in 2005. Since then, he has built a strong connection with both the town and the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He already has a degree in philosophy, but enjoys exploring a variety of courses. Typically, he takes two to three classes each semester, staying involved in the LVC community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLVC is home,\u201d Jack said. \u201cIt gives me purpose\u2014better than sitting around playing bingo.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jack is comfortable at LVC and knows that it is his home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before enrolling at LVC, Jack spent 25 years as a licensed social worker. He dedicated his career to helping others, an experience that continues to shape his outlook on life and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though he keeps a low profile outside of class, nearly every student knows who he is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annville Jack has become more than a student.
