Workers at Bishop Brews, a coffee shop within LVC’s Vernon & Doris Bishop Library, have new guidelines in place to protect its customers and staff against COVID-19.

“I’m doing everything I can, including working directly with the library staff and Metz management to come up with any ways to both maintain and improve the customer’s experience in the cafe,” Cody Spitler, the Bishop Brews supervisor, said.

All seating within the coffee shop follows the 6-foot social distancing policy and customer-contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized every thirty minutes. 

“I want to ensure that anyone who visits is as safe as they can possibly be,” Spitler said.

Bishop Brews’ Hours: Monday-Wednesday 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday noon-3 p.m.
