The first step on one’s international journey might start in the lobby of the Allan W. Mund College Center.

From Sept. 17 to Sept. 20 there will be a table in the lobby showcasing a variety of study abroad opportunities offered by LVC. The fair will showcase four to five different programs each day, with past study abroad students there to talk about their own experiences.

The past study abroad students will be in the Mund Lobby from 11 am to 1 pm “to talk with interested students about their experiences abroad with classes, accommodation, independent travel and friendships,” Jill Russel, Director of Global Education, Said.

The session occurring on Thursday, Sept. 20th will exclusively showcase the summer 2019 programs; England, Germany, Netherlands and Spain. Along with the traditional study abroad options, the fair will also showcase programs that allow students to study in other parts of the United States, one in Philadelphia, and one in Washington D.C.

Representatives from the New Zealand, China and Philadelphia programs will also be present during their respective showcases. An informational session for the New Zealand program will happen on Sept 17, at 12 pm in the Tweedie meeting rooms in the basement of the Allan W. Mund College Center.
