Michael Fay Featured in New York Times

Michael Fay, adjunct instructor in art, was featured in a New York Times story, “In the Marines, a Connection Between Art and Combat.” Fay, a Marine who served in Iraq, “turned to art, snapping photos and painting those scenes to remember and pay tribute to the fallen Marines,” according to the author. Fay’s paintings now hang in the Combat Art Gallery of the National Museum of the Marine Corps.

 

 

 

Dr. Lou Manza Cited in New York Times

The New York Times included expert advice from Dr. Lou Manza, chair and professor of psychology, in “Can a Fitness Tracker Help You Run A Better Race.” Dr. Manza also happens to be an ultramarathoner.
